The Infamous Masterson’s , positioned in the vibrant core of Moonee Ponds, markets itself as a trendy “hipster” hangout , but my unfortunate encounter at this establishment quickly devolved into an unforgettable, terrible experience. While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its entrance was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .
The State of the Venue : Filthy and Disregarded
From the moment I walked in , it was apparent that sanitation was not a priority at this establishment . The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of stale beer and dirty bathrooms suffused the entire establishment . Emitting a scent of a mixture of human waste, old age and sickness .
